The last things are the things that come after death. The video says that you never change your mind after death, so all actions are locked in and you keep going in the direction you are going. The video says that even if you are a good person and you die with sin, facing towards hell, you will continue to drift away from God for all eternity. The video says that whatever your state of mind is when you die is where you will be in the afterlife.
